My favorite dessert....on Valentine's Day!

Okay, well, let's be honest here....this is my favorite dessert on just about ANY day! It is called Boccone Dolce (meaning "Sweet Mouthfuls" in Italian) and it is from the best dessert restaurant in Portland, called Papa Haydens. It is a towering cake, made of meringue and layered with whipped cream, fresh berries, bananas and hardened chocolate....and the plate is drizzled with an amazing raspberry sauce! Now who wouldn't LOVE this?! Not too rich, not too heavy....it is DE-licious! Matt and I will be endulging in this dessert as we celebrate Valentine's Day tonight! (Oh, and it also happens to be Matt's favorite, so it's manly enough for guys!)
