Well, Matt and I are officially homeowners! We bought our house at the end of October 2008 and are now in the middle of quite the remodel. We love the neighborhood and look forward to many wonderful memories in this home once it is habitable. As you can see from the pictures, the house was in really bad shape (hence, the big remodel). :-) The prior owners smoked like crazy so it smelled awful! We'll keep you posted with our progress!
